For a lot of people, Yellow Bellies (or "Het Ivories") are a hard mutation
to figure out. Their subtle differences are distinct from normal appearing ball pythons.
Without knowing what to look for a person could be easily confused.
Don't mistake that lack of an "extreme" difference from normal appearing ball pythons
for a lack of potential. Breeding two Yellow Bellies together produces the mottled white Ivory ball python!
The Yellow Belly seems to be a "magic ingredient" that
enhances and alters the appearance of other mutations.
