Shipping - Prices typically do not
include shipping. All ball pythons are shipped via airfreight
to your nearest airport. You are guaranteed that your ball
python(s) will arrive alive, in good health & condition. If you prefer
to use FedEx as an overnight carrier to your door, all guarantees
are honored on a case by case basis.
8 Ball Pythons is a Delta verified shipper and a FedEx certified
live animal shipper. Call or email for shipping quotes.
Payment - All major credit cards are accepted. Payment can be made via PayPal to adam@8ballpythons.com. Money orders, cashier checks
and personal checks are always welcome. Full payment is
required before any order is shipped. Deposits are accepted to
hold any ball python but are non-refundable unless the deposit is on
a ball python not actually produced. Checks & money orders made
payable to "8 Ball Pythons, LLC".
Payment Plans - Short and long term payment plans are available. After selecting an animal and sending a deposit,
you can make payments regularly until your animal is paid off. Once the animal is paid for, it will be shipped. While payments are being
made your animal will be cleaned and fed in the same way all of the animals in the 8 Ball Pythons collection are. You will even periodically receive pictures
of your animal as it develops. All payment plans must be paid in full. There are no refunds, no exceptions. Please check out my "Payment Plan Frequently Asked Questions" page for
more information on payment plans.
Guarantee - All ball pythons purchased from 8 Ball Pythons
are healthy and honestly represented to the best of my ability. Genetics are always 100%
guaranteed. If available, all ball pythons are sold with
feeding/record charts and genealogical data. Genetic
documentation is always provided and consists of a signed guarantee,
color photographic images of the animal, and lineage data. Color
images of every animal sold are retained so that if the animal is
re-sold, future buyers can verify the specifics of the animal
directly from 8 Ball Pythons. For more information on any
of the reptiles for sale, please do not hesitate to call or
e-mail.
Return Policy - Upon receiving your order, you have a 24 hour
satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you feel the ball
python you purchased does not meet your expectations, please
phone immediately to arrange a refund. A full refund requires animals be returned alive and healthy at your expense
within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping is not refundable. Please inspect your shipment upon
delivery. If you fail to pick up your order (airport) in a
timely manner or are not present to sign for overnight delivery, the
guarantee is void. Refunds may be made as cash, credit, or a
combination of cash and credit at my discretion. If the animal(s)
you purchased were paid for through a payment plan, your initial
deposit is non-refundable as agreed to in the terms of the plan
itself.
Reservations - Reservations are accepted for
any of the ball pythons currently breeding. Reservations are
considered in the order they are received. Although a deposit
is not required, your reservation will not be guaranteed without one. Therefore, any reservations with a deposit are
considered before those without. Deposits are non-refundable
unless the deposit is on an ball python not actually produced. |
