Probably one of the ball python morphs that stirs up the most confusion
is the axanthic. An axanthic ball python lacks the yellow pigmentation seen in normal ball pythons.
For the longest time, the only combination morph anyone talked about
using axanthics for was the "snow" ball python. Now, with more and more snows being produced from all of the
double hets out there, things are changing. It seems that suddenly there is a lot of excitement about axanthic-hypos.
As much as I love snows, I am really focusing my efforts on the axanthic
hypo because I feel that it is going to be
an amazing animal!
